Custom Graphic Assignment

First, I created my own brush from this image:

Then created own pattern from:

Used premade space brushes from:
http://qbrushes.net/hd-space-brushes/

I used my own brush as the cityscapes, and my own pattern as a background behind the sky/stars. I just wanted something space-themed.
